1Project Overview

This Scope of Work covers onboarding [Client Company Name]'s team — 8 Loan Officers and 5 Loan Processors — onto the Agentic Tools Mortgage Edition platform. It includes GHL sub-account provisioning, user access setup (including the Loan Processor role's document-and-communication-focused, marketing-gated access), e-signature and drip campaign configuration, quality assurance, live training, and go-live support.

This SOW assumes the Mortgage Edition platform itself is already live and available. Platform-level readiness (dedicated GHL agency, domain, branding integration, deploys) is covered under a separate one-time engagement and is a prerequisite, not part of this scope.

3Out of Scope

  • Platform readiness — dedicated GHL agency setup, domain/DNS, auth & deliverability config, base branding integration. Covered under a separate, one-time platform engagement.
  • Design production of client branding assets — client-supplied or contracted separately.
  • E-sign templates beyond the 3 assumed (Loan Application/1003, Disclosures, Engagement Letter). Additional forms billed at ~1.0–1.5 hours each.
  • Ongoing support beyond the 1-week post-launch check-in.
  • Custom feature development or integrations not already part of the Mortgage Edition product.

4Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery of the following is the largest driver of calendar duration — hours in Section 2 assume this information arrives promptly at kickoff.

  1. Full roster — names, emails, and phone numbers for all 8 Loan Officers and 5 Processors.
  2. Processor-to-Loan-Officer mapping — which Processors support which Loan Officers.
  3. Source documents for the 3 core e-sign templates.
  4. Drip email content or approval of Agentic Tools' adapted mortgage templates.
  5. Branding assets if deviating from the base Mortgage Edition theme.
  6. Availability for one kickoff call and two live training sessions.
